Why we built this
While running our own e-commerce and small SaaS projects, we watched too many people lose money on bad margin decisions, and saw too many tools that were either expensive, cluttered, or quietly harvesting user input. From day one CalcWise has followed three iron rules: free forever, fully local, never collect your inputs.

Under the hood
CalcWise is a lightweight static site built with Astro and served from Cloudflare Pages' global edge network. The frontend ships with no tracking scripts and no third-party cookies; styling is built on Tailwind CSS; fonts come from Google Fonts.
